Refund Policy

At Maverick Safes, we strive for your complete satisfaction. If you're not entirely happy with your purchase, you can request a return within 15 days of receiving your item. Large Inventory cabinets are not eligible for returns.

Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags, manuals, and keys. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Restocking Fee & Handling Charges
All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and handling charges. The restocking fee covers the costs associated with processing returns, and handling charges cover the cost of shipping and handling the returned item.

Refund Timing

Once your return is received and inspected, please allow up to 15 days for the refund to be processed. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@mavericksafes.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Items returned without prior approval or an RMA number will not be accepted.

Defective or Damaged Goods

Please inspect your order carefully upon receipt. If you discover that the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@mavericksafes.com. We will assess the issue and work to resolve it promptly.

If the item or packaging shows visible damage upon delivery, do not accept the delivery without documenting the condition with the carrier. This documentation is crucial for addressing damage issues effectively. Maverick Safes is not liable for damage to items or packaging that was not documented at the time of delivery.
